Our Impact

At Pearl Recycling, every initiative is rooted in the belief that waste holds the power to transform lives, communities, and our environment.

Here's how we've made that belief a reality:

10,000 Metric Tonnes of Waste Diverted from Landfills

That’s equivalent to filling more than 1,000 Olympic-sized swimming pools or entire football stadiums piled high with waste, waste that would have polluted our streets, water, and air. Instead, it’s been transformed into useful products, economic opportunities, and cleaner spaces for all.

1,200 School Children Trained in Waste Upcycling

We've introduced over a thousand young minds to the power of creativity and sustainability through hands-on upcycling workshops. These children are not just learning skills, they're becoming the next generation of environmental innovators.

400 Upcycled Chairs Donated to Public Schools

Using waste as a resource, we’ve designed and donated durable, eco-friendly chairs to schools in underserved communities. It’s more than furniture, it’s comfort, dignity, and a daily reminder that sustainability can serve humanity.

Empowering Over 1,500 Women

Pearl Recycling is committed to inclusive development, and women are at the center of this mission. Through skills training, economic support, and integration into the circular value chain, we've empowered over 1,500 women, many of them from low-income backgrounds, to turn waste into income. These women are now artisans, producers, and change-makers, contributing to both their families and the environment.
